Ms. Pinkman has recruited senior level executives for positions such as senior level General Management, Finance, Strategic Planning, Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Brand Development, Advertising, Operations, Human Resources, Distribution & Logistics, Production and Customer Service.

From a functional perspective, Ms. Pinkman has developed Search Specialty Practices in General Management, Human Resources and Marketing executives.

Prior to her career in retained search, Ms. Pinkman gained line management experience in the retail industry with well known organizations such as Bloomingdale’s and Macy’s.

Ms. Pinkman is a member of HRPS/ Human Resources Planning Society, SHRM/ Society of Human Resources Management, NJHRPG/ New Jersey Human Resources Planning Group, FGI/ The Fashion Group International and CEW/ Cosmetic Executive Women. Prior, she served on the Nominating Committee for the Board of Directors for the Girl Scout Council of Greater New York.

Ms. Pinkman graduated from Union County College, Cranford, NJ where she majored in Business Administration.
